As a non Asian I can confirm that it's a nice fit. Unless you're on the curvy side, you will find it difficult to make it fit because the blouse is on the unisex/straight line build around the body. Overall the size L which I had ordered fits me perfectly( 164 cm tall; 60kg;shoulders 44cm; bust 92; waist 72; hips 92) I do feel like I'd want to make the blouse a little wider from around the hips so it wouldn't make it look too baggy when I sit, but that could be fixed at home to my liking(if you're any good with a needle and a thread). Aside from the baggy look while sitting, you can always cover it up with a skirt that the blouse can be tucked into. And I suggest not wearing it on a hot day because the inside has synthetic material so you'll end up sweating quite a lot.
