This jacket is so pretty - just like in the picture! It is very well made, no loose tread or crooked sewing. I bought the navy one in Small and it fit perfectly. I am very petite, so I would say size up (I usually wear XXS in North America. My only initial complaint was that the bow is not sew into the vest and it attaches with a safety pin. Although, now that I have wore it, I am not mad at it. It allows you to place it perfectly. Personally, I attach it to the shirt under to hide the safety pin entirely. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't bought the ensemble since you can't buy the skirt separately.
