The suede variant is made of faux-suede fabric. It is easy to maintain, free of shedding and shape-resistant.
Its fine surface pile makes dyeing and color-fastening hard to accomplish. Higher-surface-friction than common fabrics, it is liable to color bleeding when damp. Wear it with dark-toned outfits for the first several uses.

All capes require dry-cleaning. Should hand-washing for the faux-suede one be necessary, only those experienced with a clothes steamer may perform soft press-style hand-wash. Apply mild-ph detergent, shorten soaking duration.
Never rub, wring or sun-dry. Keep washing times to a minimum.
